How much does a tender response cost you and your company? How often are you working on a response that "just landed on your desk"? This workshop addresses the choice that has to be made and building the team.
Many people we speak to tell us the first they know of a tender is when it lands on their desk. They recognise they end up spending a disproportional amount of time responding to tenders that get no further than the short list.

How do they make sure their time is spent on tenders that will have a serious chance of winning? This workshop addresses the hard choice - what tenders to go after, as well as the bid team build, roles and responsibilities, the process required and the publishing and communications plan.
The session is planned for a half day duration for up to 15 people and although starting with an agenda will take the direction required by delegates so that they can get the most benefit from it.
