Facilitated Networking

We all know golf is an excellent tool for relationship building. Recent studies show that over 90% of senior management recognise this, but as the relationship is building how do you migrate this into business for your company without you feeling it may be seen as contrived? Indeed, how do you get onto the golf course in the first place if you don't know the individuals well enough to invite them?

Red Review Ltd is working with many of the PGA professionals in the top resort courses in GB and Ireland by way of its sponsorship of www.top100golfapparel.com and through this relationship organises charity events for companies and Public Sector organisations that actively promote networking in a mutually agreeable environment.

The feedback we've had on events to date suggests we have a format that brings results. One that not only provides a game of golf in the most pleasant surroundings but good food and pleasant company facilitated inconspicuously to ensure sponsors meet those they wish to see either over a game of golf or over the evening meal. (In this way, non golfers have also made use of these events)

What is it?   What is the format?
This facilitated networking through golf is a mechanism to bring people together to mutually discuss either prospective business, existing agreements or even from an informative point of view in terms of advice.

At the end of the day we listen to your needs and build the event accordingly so although we have a method that works we are always open to new ways of building the event.

The golf is planned as 4 ball groups wherever possible. There is usually a PGA professional providing a clinic at the start. Each 4 ball is chosen quite simply to bring people together.

The meal in the evening is an informal affair again with deliberate mixing of people to ensure greatest opportunity for networking.

How much does it cost?   Who should attend?
Quotes will be provided after informed dialogue has taken place.    The executive dinner is usually director or head of department level with sales and marketing people at any level as long as they understand consultative selling and are comfortable in senior company.

Full golf days can address charity events, qualifying events or promotional events and we work with the client to agree who should be invited and what might be expected of them.

Charity Events

These events can be used solely for the charity or for networking opportunities through having the right people attend.

Sponsors can be sourced on behalf of the client.

  How many people can come?
We find this works better in smaller groups for the event with the executive dinner but other events have been as large as 100 players (shotgun start). You tell us how many you want and we'll see how that can be accommodated. If it's too many we'll let you know and suggest alternative ways of completing it.
