To prevent unauthorised access and as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in storage and disclosure of the information we receive. These procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we will disclose sensitive information to you.
Documents   Integrity
  • All electronic documents you supply us for reading and advice are stored in a dedicated file and destroyed as soon as we agree the contract is complete.
  • All paper documents are shredded or returned to you as required as soon as we agree the contract is complete.
  • All web based documents (Websecretary) are held in dedicated folders and cleared in accordance with the information retention policy.
 
  • Once you open talks on a particular tender we will not talk to another company or individual as a prospective client on that tender.
  • All information is treated in the strictest confidence and will only be released with the permission of the owner - even to other members of the same organisation.
  • Naming of organisations we've worked with through Red Review, for reference purposes, will only be considered in extreme cases and only then with express and written permission.
