More on Red
Review... It's not just the right words, it's the emotional
reaction they invoke.
|
 |
The primary function of
Document
Review is to provide depth of experience from both sides of
the 'influencing document' process. Those who build it and
those who have had to read, evaluate and decide.
|
|
|
Re-actively,
Red Review gives the 'customer eye' view but
substantiated with a learning assessment that will include reviews
on qualification and advice on future development requirements for
the team or individuals.
|
|
|
Red Review will take nominated tenders, strategy
documents, proposals etc and provide a 'learning
assessment' that suggests where text could have been
written differently, the document constructed
differently or indeed, in the case of tenders,
provide qualification guidelines on where time
should be spent.
|
|
|
The 'learning
assessment' will take account of:-
-
Degree of qualification of your customer need
(internal or external).
-
Level of and type of relationship you have with
your customer - influencers, decision makers etc.
-
The primary emotions that the document drives.
-
Competitive situation - degree of knowledge and
consideration.
-
Degree of preparatory work and influencing done
with your customer.

As
with the 'Pro-active'
capability,
requirements for this service will include a quiet
room that would allow up to three people to spread
documentation out as necessary. Also, a flip chart
or white board facility as well as some one on hand
to provide printouts etc. would be beneficial. In
addition, interviews would need to be set up with
the individuals who had prepared the document(s)
and, where possible, those or some of those who had
received them. |
|
Where training is mutually thought to be
beneficial, advice can be included in the feedback
on where to source it. |
