team is going to be involved in an overview or 'Executive signoff'
the summary is one part of your document that will be used. But is
it up to the task? |

The summary is also the
one part of the document that all members of the
review team will read (some tenders may be split
among different reviewers). Why do most summaries
come up short and let all the work in the main body
of the tender response down? This session explores
various summaries, relating them to the different
types of tender requirement and in particular the
common threads that need to be present. |
